Background History
Beit ha-Miqdâsh of:
- Shlomoh ha-Mëlëkh (begun B.C.E. 987 Mәlâkhim Âlëph 6.1; finished B.C.E. 980; Mәlâkhim Âlëph 6.38; kâvod-ha-Sheim on Sukot upon placement of the ארון הברית (Aron ha-Bәrit), Mәlâkhim Âlëph 8.2, 10-11; שכינה (Shәkhinâh) left prior to its destruction in B.C.E. 586 (Yәkhëzqeil 9.3; 10.4, 19; 11.22-23)
- Zeru-Bâvël Bën-Shә·altiyeil (begun B.C.E. 520 – 45 yrs after Yәkhëzqeil, finished B.C.E. 516 (Ëzrâ 1.1ff; 6.15; no Shәkhinâh was ever present). Yet, B.C.E. 520 Khajai 2.7-9 prophesied: “Greater shall be the kâvod of this latter House than the First.” kâvod defined in #1, above, never arrived in “this latter House” (and, therefore, is a false prophecy in the Bible – unless the prophecy was satisfied the by the visit of the Mâshiakh).
- Herod’s (begun B.C.E. 19, finished 27 C.E.; kâvod defined in #1, above, never arrived in Herod’s Beit ha-Miqdâsh)
- Yәkhëzqeil prophesied that the kâvod shall be present in the House he described (43.1-5).
Torâh
According to the sages, Beit–ha-Sheim – house of ha-Sheim [the Creator] - will be built without human hands (based on the Sages’ interpretations of Mo·eid 3, Masëkët Sukâh 41a; Mo·eid 4Masëkët Rosh ha-Shânâh 30a and Nәziqin (damages) 4, Tosëphot Masëkët Shәvuot 15b. According to Yәshayâhu 28.16, the foundation stone is the Mâshiakh. Torâh describes the foundation stone, which ends the worldly empires, as “cut without hands” (Dâniyeil 2.34, 45).
Yәkhëzqeil – Ezekiel – 43.7: Bën-âdâm, the Place of My Bench [implying the heavenlyBeit-Din] and the place of My Footstool that I will neighbor there among Bәnei-Yisrâ·eil forever. Administered by Nâsi, all commentators (except Rashi) agree that Yәkhëzqeil refers to mëlëkh ha-Mâshiakh (Artscroll, Yechezkel [sic], p. 687). Not even the earth is forever and no physical structure can be home to the non-physical Creator Who is Omnipresent. Therefore, the Beit-ha-Sheim described by Yәkhëzqeil is a spiritual, not physical, structure.
Yәshayâhu – ‘Isaiah’ - 2.2-4 describes these Messianic times: And it shall be in the last of the days, נכון (nâkhon; right) shall be the Har-Beit-ha-Sheim in the ראש(Rosh) of the mountains, and lifted above the hills; and all of the goyim shall flow to them. Many kindreds will go, and say, “Let’s go, let’s ascend to Har-ha-Sheim, to Beit Ëlohei Ya·aqov, and he [mëlëkh ha-Mâshiakh] shall teach us His [ha-Sheim's] Ways [i.e., Torâh according to mishpât], and we shall go after him [mëlëkh ha-Mâshiakh]; “because from Tziyon shall go forth Torâh, and thedәvâr ha-Sheim from Yәrushâlayim. And he [mëlëkh ha-Mâshiakh]shall rendermishpât between the goyim והוכיח (wә-hokhiyakh; and he shall logically-reprove) many kindreds; and they shall beat their swords into plow-blades and their spears into pruning hooks; goy shall not lift the sword against goy, and they shall no longer study war.”
Beit-Ya·aqov: a household of nәphâshot; Beit-Yisrâ·eil, a household ofnәphâshot. Similarly, Har-Beit-ha-Sheim – the “Third Temple” is not a physical dwelling – an impossibility for the non-physical Omnipresent Creator – but, rather, a household of nәphâshot in which ha-Sheim dwells in the hearts of each and every nëphësh who does his or her utmost to keep Torâh, the precious stones –nәphâshot, all “cut without hands” – comprising Har-Beit-ha-Sheim.
נן (Bën-; pl. bânim [derivatives include bânayikh]) derives from בנה bânâh; to build [derivatives include bonayikh]). אבן (even; stone [derivatives includeavânayikh, avnei…]) play on words vs bën-.
Teimâni sages agree (Sidur Nosakh Baladi) that Yәshayâhu 54.13 describes New Yәrushâlayim shël Malâh: אמר ריבי אלעזר אמר ריבי חנינא… Al tiqrei bânâyikh eilâ bonayikh; As it is said, “All of your children will be students of ha-Sheim, and your children’s peace will be abundant.” [Yәshayâhu 54.13]; don’t call [them] “your children” but rather “your builders.”). Builders of what? Builders of the new Yәrushâlayim shël Malâh described in the previous verse (Yәshayâhu 54.11-12): “Afflicted and storm-tossed [which the Sages identify as New Yәrushâlayim shël Malâh], who hasn’t been consoled, Behold, I, Myself, will set אבניך (avânayikh; your stones) in lapis lazuli, laying your foundation of blue-sapphire. I will set your window-frames with ruby and your gates of אבני אקדח (avnei-eqdakh; almandine stones), and all of your borders for אבני-חפץ (avnei-kheiphetz; precious stones).
The lapis lazuli mountain symbolizes Torâh. The blue-sapphire foundationof Har-Beit-ha-Sheim symbolizes the lens through which Torâh is made clear: the Mâshiakh. Each ruby window-frame symbolizes a nëphësh doing his or her utmost to keep Torâh, emitting the Light of Torâh, and each almandine gate symbolizes a a nëphësh doing his or her utmost to keep Torâh, providing access to Har-Beit-ha-Sheim via tәshuvâh.
Political Ramifications
Interpretations of a physical dwelling for the Omnipresent are only slightly “refined” by the suggestion that the physical house is merely for “the Shәkhinâh.” The Aron ha-Bәrit, Scripturally essential to accompany the kâvod ha-Sheim, is lost – and not without the assent of the Will of ha-Sheim. Fabricating a counterfeit is something Christians or Muslims could do equally as well. The idea of building a physical house for a g*od is intrinsically idolatrous. Physical structures can only house a physical g*od – and that’s idolatry. The physical Beit ha-Miqdâsh was a transition phase in the spiritual growth of Bәnei-Yisrâ·eil, leading them away from idolatry. The destruction of the Beit ha-Miqdâsh was intended to complete the weaning of Bәnei-Yisrâ·eil from her primitive idolatrous frame of reference. Even if the Aron ha-Bәrit is found, those, today, who insist on building yet another physical house for the Omnipresent pervert Torâh because they have yet to fully wean themselves from primitive idolatry.
The Shәkhinâh is a manifestation of the Omnipresent; which, the Sages have agreed, is manifest (for those with the eyes to see) in or around each and every person who does his or her utmost to keep Torâh – thus precluding any application for a house in which the Shәkhinâh would dwell. The heart of each and every nëphësh who is doing his or her utmost to keep Torâh is one of these gems, a precious stone, of Beit-Ëlohei Ya·aqov, the Har-Beit-ha-Sheim. As any spiritual person would expect, the ultimate bayit, described by Yәkhëzqeil is eternal – which can only be spiritual, not physical.
According to Scripture, the reemergence of the State of Israel in the world ushered in the “end times,” or “Messianic Era,” which implies that theBeit-ha-Sheim is nearly complete, not about to begin! Jews who think the “Third Temple” needs to be begun are spiritually blind to its long construction in their midst by the bonayikh of Bәnei-Yisrâ·eil! Those who aren’t doing their utmost to keep Torâh according to logical Halâkhâh – whether Christians, Muslims or non-Orthodox Jews – are being “Left Behind.”
While this does not, by any means, solve all of the problems betweenTorâh, on the one hand, and Islam or Christianity, on the other, the issue of building a physical “Third Temple,” is herein resolved. (The issue, for example, of a contra-Torah presence on Har ha-Bayit remains problematic; as does contra-Torah claims of “al-Quds” as an Arab capital.)
Eschatological Ramifications
Eternal sacrifices by the Mâshiakh If the Har-Beit-ha-Sheim is spiritual, itsfoundation, the Mâshiakh, and its stones the nәphâshot of those doing their utmost to keep Torâh, then the eternal sacrifices by Mâshiakh, prophesied byYәkhëzqeil (44.3; 45.16-17, 22; 46.2-18) can only be understood symbolically, in the spiritual sense.

More about the “third temple” from www.netzarim.co.il :
“Y’ru•shâ•lay′im shel Malah (Yәru•shâ•lay′im of Above), i.e., in the heavens, the Realm of the heavens. Existing in the ethereal realm of satellites and radio waves and pinpointed directly above earthly Y’ru•shâ•lay′im (“Jerusalem”), the phrase is apt. The “Third Temple” described by Yәkhëz•qeil′ (de-Judaized to Ezekiel) wouldn’t fit in the entire country of Israel, much less in the confines of the physical and earthly city of Y’ru•shâ•lay′im. It’s therefore obvious that Yәkhëz•qeil′ located his “Third Temple” in Yәru•shâ•lay′im shel Malah.”

Comment about khag ha-Shavout:
Recognizing the spiritual nature of the third Beit ha-Mi•qәdâsh′ [house of the Holy place (de-Judazied to ”temple”)], today’s fruits should symbolize, celebrate and accompany agallery of YƏr•ei י–ה!
